Full-Time Chef

We're looking for an experienced Chef with a strong customer focus. 

Position Information and Preferred Candidate:

• Full-time position.
• Wage to be negotiated based on experience.
• Experience in similar venues preferred.
• Have Australian working rights.
• Available on weekends.
• Certificate III in commercial cookery or equivalent.
• Works well under pressure and unsupervised.
• Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Can contribute to good communication skills between bar and kitchen.

Responsibilities include:

• Have input into menus.
• Prepare and cook food for race days.
• Prepare food for functions and special events.
• Use safe work practices.
• Follow correct hygienic handling practices.
• Take ownership and responsibility of the day-to-day running of the kitchen.

Casual Bar Staff

• Friendly customer focus
